Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

To return, you must meet the following requirements: your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your returned item is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or does not match what you ordered so that we can assess the issue and fix it.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (food, flowers, or plants), personal care items (special orders or made-to-order items), and personal care items (cosmetics). We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your item and then purchase a new item separately after your return has been accepted.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods have been shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned order and let you know whether the return has been approved. If the return is approved, we will automatically refund the funds to your payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
