I just placed an order. When will it be shipped? We try to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 4–7 days for order processing before shipment. The average delivery time is 15–21 days. Tracking numbers are updated 3–5 days after your order is shipped. If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us at cybertechmart.store@gmail.com

I don't like my order. Can I return it? What if there is an issue? We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to send it back for a full refund. You will need to return the item at your own expense, and once we receive the product, we will fully refund your purchase. Please be sure to include your name and order number on the return package. Note: If your order is in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before returning it for a refund.

Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order without penalty! Just cancel it before it is shipped. If the item has already been shipped, use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do? If you entered the wrong address or it was auto-filled incorrectly, just reply to the order confirmation email and clarify the details. After you double-check and confirm that the address is wrong, notify us via email at cybertechmart.store@gmail.com. If the address is incorrect, we can update it to the correct one within 24 hours. Refunds are not available after 24 hours from sending the incorrect address.

How long does delivery take? Delivery times depend on your location, as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers. The average delivery time is 15–25 business days.
